Clan Davidson Association took a stand in the clans tent at Bught Park, Inverness during the annual Inverness Highland Games.
Some twenty different clans and local societies had stands inside a large tent, which is organised by the Association of Highland Clans & Societies.
Many overseas visitors to the games came to talk to clan representatives at the stands to find out more about Scottish family history.
The Clan Davidson stand was visited by a group of French bikers, one of whom was a Davidson, and wearing a Davidson tartan kilt.
